At the Passionate Pub Company we operate a number of quality public houses across the UK. Our niche pub estate is a mix of town centre and community pubs that run from Tyneside in the north down to Bishops Stortford near Stansted in the south.
The Passionate Pub Company was established in 1999 with the goal of running excellent local and town centre pubs where people, both customers and managers, matter. Our success is dependent on having a close relationship with our pub managers, and they in turn understand the needs of their customers and deliver great customer service.

The team:
Jan Sowa: Passionate Pub Co. Managing Director Jan previously held senior management positions within Whitbread and Century Inns. His passion for the industry led him to establishing the Passionate Pub Company with Bill Hainsworth.
Bill Hainsworth: Operations Director Bill, who had an excellent track record both in Whitbread and Century, brings his wealth of knowledge and expertise in pub operations management and business development to the estate.
Darren Moore: Operations & Food Development Manager Darren has recently joined to substantially develop the company's food operations. Darren has extensive knowledge and experience in the industry, having worked with Fullers, Sam Smiths, and Wetherspoon, as well as overseas.
Julie Downing: Company Administrator Julie keeps us all on track and supports our pub managers on licensing, employment, and supplier issues.
Debbie Lancaster: Assistant Administrator Debbie deals with the crucial but never-ending repairs to our pubs, and makes sure our managers and staff get paid!
