We have new pub manager job vacancies at the following public houses:
MILL, CAMBRIDGE
Classic 14th Century pub in the heart of Cambridge, and adjacent to the Cam river.
We are looking to recruit either a couple or single manager, with both strong catering experience and the ability to develop the student and tourist trade in this excellent pub.
RED LION, YORK
This historic pub can with some justification claim to be the oldest in the City of York and has the largest garden. Dick Turpin was a regular visitor and priest holes have been discovered within the walls.
This is the type of opportunity that does not come along very often and will need a special approach from either a talented couple or a single manager. You must have experience of running a busy city cenre pub; have a passion for delivering high quality food and the desire to improve the activities and offer at the Red Lion. There is a unique opportunity to grow the sales by using the garden area during summer months and to build on the already high standards.
The accommodation is of a very high standard with garage parking for a car. There is a competitive salary package available for this exciting opportunity.
THE STAR, HUDDERSFIELD
This well known pub is on the outskirts of Huddersfield and has won the Pub In Bloom award for the last five years. There is an opportunity to build on the already wide base of activities; especially in the summer months when the garden becomes another room with seating for over 80 customers.
We are looking for a couple or single manager with great experience and a desire to build on an already successful business. This is an exciting challenge to put your stamp on a business, therefore you must have good quality food experience both front and back of house with the ability to develop a menu that is creative and will attract new customers.
